I heart my apartment

Hello all! For the past 2 days I've been cleaning and organizing my apartment and I have once again fallen in love with it. This being said I've become a bit bored not moving (this is my first "long term" housing in 7 years) so its been really good for me to get excited about my home again. So I've decided to show you all some of my favorite things about my home, all 714 sq. feet of it!

I have it hanging next to my couch in a cute little corner with a hanging tea light holder and an end table with some of my favorite family photos.

My closet. I know that's odd...but I love my walk in closet. It had built in shelves that I've put my shoes on in awesome clear shoe boxes from The Container Store (found here) and used a tie rack to hold my necklaces.

The rest of my closet is pretty mundane although I love it, all color coded and such.

My other favorite part of my apartment (actually I love every part but the other part I'm going to put a picture up about) is my dining room buffet table that I have my special knick-knacks on. These are things from my great grandmothers, my trips abroad, and my wonderful mother. Not to mention I love my mirror and lamp.

And there you have it. Some of my favorite things about my home. I know it looks like I have a ton of white walls, but they're a light tan color and I painted my bedroom a coffee color. My living room is also mostly windows so all my walls are little anyway.

Happy Saturday. I had a great one with the bf and his daughter, playing and watching the man play hockey (which, at 30, was pretty funny). Kisses!
