For those of you who aren't in southern California we have been having some wild (for us) weather. Its been raining, and I don't mean California raining, real raining, with super harsh winds, hail, and even a tornado. I've been loving the change in weather and been enjoying spending some time outside. I've even been able to wear my super cute rain boots and use my polka-dot umbrella!!
Its been a rough week outside of the rain...emails from an ex, a fight with the bf (which is working on getting better), and not much good food in the house. On the plus side I had a great date with a girlfriend last night and have a date night with the bf tomorrow...any suggestions for a fun time?
Sorry you're having a tough week. (Although I have to say, I love it that you said it's been a tough week except for the rain! If it were me, the rain would have only added to the suckiness.)
ReplyDeleteGoing out for sushi is always a fun date! (Unless you guys don't like sushi.) Or, even better, making your own sushi! I've never done it, but I've heard it's not too hard.

Ohh Lauren, I love that idea! I just talked to him and we might go to a hockey game if he can get tickets (his office is next to an arena and they have season tickets). And he laughed today when he saw my rain boots...but maybe I'll go puddle jumping all on my own tomorrow (if it rains, right now its dry but windy!)
