Cookies Galore

Do you have a recipe that makes you instantly happy every time you make it? I do, and for me its my Great Grandmother's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies. I got my new kitchen aid mixer this week and knew this was the first thing I had to make. These cookies are truly amazing, they are moist but with a delicious crunch thanks to the oatmeal. And you can never go wrong with chocolate. What are your go-to recipes? I'd love to add more to my collection!

    You got a Kitchen Aid mixer?! I'm so jealous! That recipe sounds awesome - chocolate chip and oatmeal is a wonderful combination.

    Look so so good. I have a similar recipe from my mom that fills me with happiness every time I even think of baking them.

    I have the exact same mixer! And those look crazy good! My Nana's cinnamon cookies are my happy cookies!
