I saw this dress from Banana Republic a week ago while I was shopping with my mom and fell in love. Its a gorgous blue silk with flutter sleaves, tiered ruffles, and a defined waist, could it get any better?? But, at $150, I couldn't get it (according to a friend if an item is over $75 you have to have 3 places to wear it before you buy it)...that is until I found this weekend is 30% off at Banana online!!!
