Dinner at Home


Yesterday I was in a very domestic mood so I set out and did major grocery shopping, make cupcakes (coming tomorrow), and a lovely dinner for myself. I grilled talapia with lemon and garlic, cooked asparagus and added parmesan cheese, and make Lemon-Roasted Potatos from April's Bon Appetit magazine. It was a-mazing! I highly recommend this recipe but I would use less oil next time (although I only cooked a small amount of potatoes and that might have been the problem).  I am committed to decreasing my intake of processed foods and "quick" dinners (read take-out) so if you have any suggestions I'd love them.
