Tag!

I was tagged by my wonderful friend Stacey (blog found here) to post seven random things about myself so here it goes

1. I love peppermint ice cream. I can't get enough of it, to the point I'll just eat it for meals in the winter. Its a very good thing they only sell it November and December.

2. If I wasn't a nurse, I'd love to be a historian and work as a museum curator (preferably at the British Museum). I seriously thought about changing my major to history after my term in Oxford.

3. I'm really happy to only have brothers. When I was little I wanted a sister, but as I've gotten older I've come to realize that being the only girl has HUGE advantages. And I wouldn't give up my boys for anything in the world.

4. I'm afraid of fish. Well, I'm deathly afraid of eels...can't go into the eel caves at Sea World and I won't walk through the fish section at Petco (they sell eels there and there is no warning which tank they are in). There is a story to this but I won't boar you. The point is my fear of eels has spread and I don't like fish. At all.

5. I love to bake and decorate cupcakes, but I don't really like to eat them.

6. I love 'Friends'. I was too young to watch it when it first came out, but now I watch it a ton and could quote most of it. Sad, I know.

7. I don't really like to drink coffee in the morning. I prefer orange juice or milk. Coffee to me is a night time drink...maybe its because I work nights.

So there we go. Thank you so much Stacey...and maybe a few more people will read my blog now because of you (really, thank you, I didn't know what to write about tonight.) Now, I'd love to tag my dear friend Molly who just moved to Alaska and started a blog called The Report from the North Pole but seeing how I'm not sure she reads my blog I'll just point you guys to her blog. Its wonderful (and she really does live in North Pole, Alaska)

Happy almost Friday!

  1. #3 - Ditto! Being the only girl in my family means I get spoiled!

    #4 - Eels -eeeeuuuuughggh! They're so gross!

#6 - Same here. When Josh and I were first married, and I hadn't yet introduced him to Friends, I would quote it all the time to him, and then of course I would have to explain whatever scene I was quoting it from. I think he got a little tired of that!

#2: me too, I'm STILL thinking I want to be an historian.

#5: People must've told you you're strange, right?
