Girls night

It has been way too long since my last post. Work, a weekend with the boy, more work, and my Mom's knee surgery has put me way behind. But I've done some fun stuff too...

For Valentine's weekend I cooked lobster tails for the first time and realized I don't like touching raw lobster (or cooked to be honest, the boy had to crack it open for me). I was also surprised by a trip to see the movie Valentine's Day, which was quite cute.

But the best thing from the last few weeks was my "Happy Hour Party" I hosted Wednesday for some great girls from work. We had food and a fantastic bar full of Cosmos, Fliritini, and Pineapple Pleaser (let me know if you want any recipes).

It was wonderful to spend the evening laughing, sharing, and getting to know one another even more. Girls nights are the best!!
